- Accessing Active directory to gain information of all hospital employee
- Configuration managment is hopital application where I can remote into employee PC to check out their PC issue

- As a PC help desks you must be calm in order to help the user
- Stating My name at the beginning as a PC help desk to let user know who they are talking to
- At the end of every phone call you must have a closing way of calling

- Still figuring out the schedule and hours that I should put in working here at the Abington Hospital as an IST intern.
- I also have to let Jerry Waltman know about my hours so they would know what to expect
