 Current Week Objectives 

 Because of new windows 7 PCs being deploy in the hospital, users are not familiar with the new windows 7 set up, we as IT help desk must gave them direction on how to use certain application.  

• PC help desks in morning in the data center

Current Week Accomplishments/Hours Worked

• Resetting employee password for email and windows
• Reset standard register password its an application for pay stub 
• Reset reporting event is password 
• Reset PHS - path way health system password
• Gave user new procedure on how to use the new Citrix to SCM

Next Week Objectives 

• Directing Users with the new login to SCM through Citrix

• PC help desk must get users off the phone 
• Directing user on the new SCM procedure
