First week of IST495

Current Week Objectives

• Maintain and troubleshoot all computer at the Hospital. 
• PC help desks answering phone call related to IT issue
• Asking any sort of questions that would come to mind as an intern  

Current Week Accomplishments/Hours Worked 

•  I have worked at least 32 hours in the first week of working here at the Abington Hospital

Next Week Objectives 

•  Jerry was telling me that he would be putting me into the hospital team project imaging computer
• PC help desks at the hospital

Key Lessons Learned/New Skills Acquired

•  As a PC help desks you must be calm in order to help the user
• Stating My name at the beginning as a PC help desk to let user know who they are talking to 
• At the end of every phone call you must have a closing way of calling

Issues and Concerns

• Still figuring out the schedule and hours that I should put in working here at the Abington Hospital as an IST intern.
• I also have to let Jerry Waltman know about my hours so they would know what to expect
