 Current Week Objectives 
we as IT help desk must gave them direction on how to use certain application.  
  • PC help desks in morning in the data center

  • Resetting employee password for email and windows
  • Reset standard register password its an application for pay stub 
  • Reset reporting event is password 
  • Reset PHS - path way health system password
  • Gave user new procedure on how to use the new Citrix to SCM 
  • Troubleshoot wild Cart

  • Directing Users with the new login to SCM through Citrix
