My last week of my my Internship (which I'm going to miss)

Week of May 26th  to 30th

 Current Week Objectives 
we as IT help desk must gave them direction on how to use certain application.  
  • PC help desks in morning in the data center
Current Week Accomplishments/Hours Worked
  • Resetting employee password for email and windows
  • Reset standard register password its an application for pay stub 
  • Reset reporting event is password 
  • Reset PHS - path way health system password
  • Gave user new procedure on how to use the new Citrix to SCM 
  • Troubleshoot, configure Wireless Cart on wheel
Next Week Objectives 
  • Directing Users with the new login to SCM through Citrix

  • Communication is very important 
  • Learn from each other
  • Help out with anything that you can

    • Learning about Citrix log in and Sunrise acute care, hospital employee need to get into this application to do any kind of work
    • Accessing Active directory to gain information of all hospital employee
    • Configuration managment is hopital application where I can remote into employee PC to check out their PC issue

    • Need to ask more questions on the phone from the user calling in the data center to narrow down the issues
